Mission

Our client was looking to access GTM advice and agentic AI capability for their portfolio companies. But as we spoke to their Partners, if was clear they themselves needed GTM assistance to build capability to construct a more complete pipeline of deal flow against their target ICP. There were concerns their current deal and target identification process was not identifying high potential value deals.

We were engaged to build pilot agentic AI processes and tools to increase top of funnel by identifying key triggers signals and associated targets, and then build an automated response sequence to the identified signals.

The agent incorporated clear firm persona and language vectors and built proactive out-reach in the agreed tone of voice embedded in a managed sequence procedure.

We also worked with the team to agree success metrics of outbound campaigns including argeting parallel content to educate the ICP segment to the client's proposition.
