Our client is a diversified marketing company with divisions including manufacturing and logistics, digital marketing, printing and brand activations.
We were engaged by the Chief Executive Officer to quickly assess potential impacts of AI on their business and develop a structured transformation roadmap to guide innovation and experimentation in their business.
We first conducted executive workshops in order to co-create the Group’s AI Transformation Strategy and build a comprehensive backlog of potential AI pilots.
We then groomed and prioritised the backlog, before beginning the sprint process. Over the course of twelve months, we accelerated pilot projects through to the prototype stage, tested them and assisted in making go/no-go decisions.
