Our client is an Australian electricity utility that manages electricity transmission network infrastructure to ensure our communities and industries have access to affordable, reliable and sustainable energy.
We were engaged by the Head of Innovation and Organisational Resilience to design a new innovation unit and facilitate innovation capability building across the business.
We first worked with the client to decode the organisation's innovation strategy and make a current state assessment. Through a series of client workshops we then created an organisational blueprint for the new innovation unit, including strategy, portfolio management practices and recommended organisation design.
We then facilitated a four day design sprint with key stakeholders, taking a concept from the portfolio from ideation through to high fidelity clickable prototype.
