Mission

Our client is an Australian SaaS company that delivers accounting, operations, inventory, manufacturing, business intelligence, and CRM as a service to its customers.

We were engaged by the CEO to review the overall product strategy and to assess the product management and engineering organisations.

We first worked with the client to decode and reimagine the product vision and strategy, taking a more differentiated and sustainable approach. We then shifted focus to product development and worked closely with the product team and other stakeholders to assess their processes, ways of working and pain points.

We recommended a shift to a strict Agile development style and worked to create an implementation roadmap. To ease the transition, we planned and conducted training and ran initial agile ceremonies.
